Training session on Capacity Building and Skill Development in the Field of Agrometeorology (28th - 30th January 2026)
On 30th January 2026 a ceremony held for certificates distribution of 1st Phase 03 days Agromet Training. DG-Met Sahibzad Khan honoured the event as chief guest in the closing session. This activity was conducted by the National Agromet Center (NAMC) of Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) for the capacity building in the field of Agro meteorology from 28th - 30th January 2026. The training aimed to strengthen the Agromet data quality by providing trainees an opportunity to engage in various activities including practical demonstration of Agromet as well as the soil and crop related observations.
